    Shipping policy

    All orders are processed within 14 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

    Please note that due to Covid 19 and the impacts this has on supply chain, we cannot guarantee this time frame will always be achieved but we are committed to delivering as fast as we possibly can regardless of the challenges.

    Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

    We offer $10 flat rate shipping per item to all US states, excluding Hawaii and Alaska.

    How do I check the status of my order?

    When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

    If you haven’t received your order within 5 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

    Shipping to P.O. boxes

    We use UPS for all our shipping and as such we are unable to ship to PO Boxes.

    Lost, Damaged, Faulty & Incorrect Items

    • If an item is either lost or damaged while shipping, or faulty or incorrect when delivered, you must inform us immediately, and within 7 days of receiving the shipping notification.
    • We will refund or replace any item which is lost, damaged, faulty or incorrect, as long as it is reported to us within 7 days of dispatch.
    • We may offer a discount from the cost if the damage or fault is minor or cosmetic.  However, this is not compulsory, and a full refund or replacement will still be available.
    • It is the customer's responsibility to report any deficiencies or issues with their order.  Any complaints received after 7 days after dispatch will not be considered.
    • Please retain all packaging until your claim has been completed

    • Please include photos of all damage and faults and ensure you include photos of the packaging which clearly show the shipping label.
    • We offer flat rate shipping in the USA on all our kettlebells. 
    • Orders are estimated to ship within 14 days. Once shipped, orders will be delivered within 5 working days
    • Once dispatched, we will send you an email with your tracking information
    • We do not deliver to Hawaii or Alaska.
    • Due to COVID 19, there may be some delays which are beyond our control.  We ask for your patience and understanding in these difficult times.
    • If you order more than 1 item, please note that these may be delivered separately, due to their weight.
    • Any changes to shipping address can only be processed up to 24 hours before dispatch.  For any amendments requested after that, we cannot guarantee that this will be processed in time.
